All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not match its description, you may return it within seven days of receipt for a full refund. Please carefully review the item description before making your purchase.

Items must be returned with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

DELIVERY POLICY (NEW ZEALAND)

We typically dispatch books from our Auckland premises next business day. Orders are shipped once full payment (for both items and shipping) is received. Given the special nature of our stock, we encourage you to call or email us to discuss delivery options before finalising your order. 

  • Shipping Costs: As our books and objects vary in value, size, shape, and weight, we charge standard freight rates based on weight, or actual or best-estimated postage and packaging costs for high value, large, fragile or unusual items.
  • Delivery Times: Most deliveries within New Zealand arrive within 3-5 working days. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1–2 days.
  • Safe Delivery: If you have a safe place for deliveries (e.g a letterbox), the courier will leave your package there. If you prefer a signature on delivery, no problem—just leave a note in the comments field when providing your details at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY

We’re happy to ship internationally and strive to provide accurate postage estimates.

  • Delivery Times:

    • Australia: 3–10 working days
    • Asia: 5–10 working days
    • USA and Europe: 5–15 working days

  • Shipping Costs: As our books and objects vary in value, fragility, size, shape, and weight, we charge actual or best-estimated postage and packaging costs. Its best to contact us before you finalise your order to discuss delivery options.

  • US Orders may incur additional entry tariffs.

  •  EU Deliveries: All orders are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means you may need to pay VAT or import duties upon receipt.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

If an international purchase significantly differs from its description, you may return it for a refund. The item must be posted back to us within three days of arrival, in the condition it was received.

RETURNS SHIPPING

If you need to return an item, please send it back to us using a tracked courier service with a signature required upon delivery. This ensures the safe return of your item and provides both parties with clear tracking information.

  • Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Return Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender.
