These are incredibly interesting NZ deeds from the early 1900s. Typed, with beautiful wordsmithing, hand written notations and signatures. All on solid legal paper of the era.
The first an 1904 Agreement for Sale & Purchase of property in Onehunga with a hand painted title plan.
The second a 1909 Deed of Partnership for a printing business with a fascinating stock list.
The third a 1926 lease for five hundred and ninety acres at Hokitika, again with a beautifully crafted land plan.
Sold here as one lot of three deeds, but please enquire if you only have interest in one or more of the deeds.

Standard shipping:
Orders are processed within one working day of the order being placed. Once processed, our standard delivery times are between 3-5 working days (within the Auckland region). Rural deliveries may take an additional 1–2 days.
Standard shipping rates start from $7.50. For bulky/heavy/fragile items, or international delivery, additional shipping costs may apply. If you're unsure, email placeholder for a quote. Otherwise, an estimate will be emailed to you when your order is processed.
