The Forest Flora of New Zealand is a stunning first edition, published by the Government Printer in 1889.
It features cloth hard covers with full sized black and white litho plates drawn by the government's own survey department in 1885.
This rare copy is in G+ overall condition, with one loose leaf. Minor foxing, spine and covers scuffed. But for all its 136 years it is still in a really neat state.
It is large (420mm by 270mm) and heavy - over 5kg.
It will be a beautiful and important addition to any serious collection of books featuring New Zealand or international fauna.

Orders are processed within one working day of the order being placed. Once processed, our standard delivery times are between 3-5 working days (within the Auckland region). Rural deliveries may take an additional 1–2 days.
